CT Homeschoolers ROCK!
Connecticut Homeschoolers Raising Our Children for the King!

If you are a Christian family homeschooling in Connecticut and are looking for wholesome activities for your family to participate in, this may be the group for you.  While not all activities will be planned exclusively for the ROCK families (I may open some activities to the wider homeschool community), they will be whole family activities (as opposed to drop-off events).  The only exception is when I plan teen homeschooler events.

Families may pick and choose the activities in which they want to participate.  Most activities will be scheduled in Hebron or within a 30-minute drive (in any direction) of Hebron.  All ages of homeschoolers are welcome.  (My own homeschooled children who will be participating in the activities are teens.)  Again, the teen activities are drop-off events (though a parent is welcome to stay), while the other activities are intended to be for whole families.

So as not to post the details of each activity on the Internet for the whole world to see, I have set up an e-mail list.  If you register to join the list, you will receive my announcements for upcoming activities.  To join the list, complete each box on the registration form below.

For those who are interested in being part of an online support group for Christian homeschoolers in Connecticut, I have also started a yahoo group called CTHomeschoolersROCK!  You may register to join the e-mail list to receive information on this group's activities without also having to join the yahoo group.  Yet, you may only join the associated yahoo group if you are also registered on this e-mail list.  Be sure to click the appropriate box below when registering to indicate whether or not you want me to send you an invitation to join the CTHomeschoolersROCK! yahoo group.

Schedule of Activities

Note to Members:  While it is my intention to continue to plan activities throughout the 2010-2011 school year, I want to be upfront about my time limitations this year.  I will be commuting three of my boys to college classes in two different towns five days a week this year.  This will obviously severely limit my available time for organizing activities.  In the meantime, if you have an activity you would like to organize and invite the ROCK families to, feel free to send me an email at Tammy@CTHomeschoolersROCK.com letting me know about the event.  Thanks for your understanding!
